• Financial & Loan Assessment Data: Estimated study budget, co-applicant income details, and collateral preferences when explicitly requested by the user for education loan pre-sanction evaluation.
• Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, device type, browser characteristics, referring URLs, and page engagement data via Google Analytics 4.

2. Purpose & Use of Collected Data

Information collected by BHARATHRISE OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP is used strictly for legitimate educational advisory purposes:

• Providing zero-fee university shortlisting, offer letter tracking, and application processing.
• Connecting students with authorized partner universities and educational institutions.
• Facilitating student loan pre-sanctions with RBI-approved public/private banks and NBFCs upon student request.
• Communicating counselling appointment confirmations, visa updates, and admission alerts via Email, Phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
• Maintaining site security, preventing fraudulent submissions, and fulfilling statutory requirements under Indian law.

3. Data Protection & Security Compliance

We adhere to the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India).

• RBI-Regulated Financial Partners: Banks & NBFCs (SBI, HDFC Credila, Avanse, ICICI Bank) only when a student requests study loan assistance.
• Statutory Authorities: Indian law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required under formal legal mandate.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

Indian students and users have the right to request access to their stored personal data, request correction of inaccurate records, or demand deletion of their contact profile from our active database. 6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Any claim, dispute, or litigation arising out of data privacy or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
