Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Zero-Processing-Fee Counselling Services

BHARATHRISE OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP operates a 100% transparent zero-processing-fee admissions consultancy model. We do not charge Indian students any consultancy processing fees for university shortlisting, initial application guidance, SOP profile reviews, or education loan facilitation. Because zero consultancy fee is charged for these advisory services, no fee refund applies to zero-cost services.

2. Third-Party Official Fees (Non-Refundable by BharathRise)

During the overseas study application process, students directly pay third-party official fees to external institutions, foreign universities, test administrators, and embassy portals. BharathRise does NOT collect these third-party fees and cannot issue refunds for them:

• University Application Fees: Application fees paid directly to foreign university portals (US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe).
• Credential Evaluation Fees: WES, ECE, or evaluation service charges.
• Standardized Exam Fees: Registration fees for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or GRE paid to ETS/IDP/Pearson.
• Government & Embassy Fees: US SEVIS/DS-160 fees, IRCC Study Permit fees, UK IHS healthcare surcharges, German APS fees, Blocked Account fees (Expatrio/Coracle), and GIC deposits.

3. Custom Paid Services & Cancellation Window (If Applicable)

In instances where a student specifically requests a custom, premium paid editorial service or specialized document preparation service from BharathRise:

• Cancellation Before Work Starts: Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of payment and prior to the commencement of drafting/editing work are eligible for a 100% refund (minus bank gateway processing charges).
• Non-Refundable Status After Work Commences: Once editorial work, SOP drafting, or profile documentation has commenced or completed, paid fees become non-refundable.

4. Processing Timeline & Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment instrument (Bank Transfer/UPI/Credit Card) within 7 to 10 working days of written approval.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any payment dispute or legal proceeding shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
