2. Scope of Services & Zero-Processing-Fee Model

BHARATHRISE OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP operates a zero-processing-fee admissions consultancy model for overseas higher education. We assist Indian students with profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application guidance, SOP editorial reviews, and education loan facilitation across 19 global study destinations.

3. Disclaimer on Admissions & Visa Issuance

While BHARATHRISE OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP provides expert guidance:

• University Decisions: Admission offer letters, scholarship awards, and assistantships are decided exclusively by foreign university academic committees. BharathRise does not guarantee admission into any specific university.
• Visa Issuance: Student visas (F-1, IRCC Study Permit, UK Tier 4, Subclass 500, German Student Visa, Schengen) are issued solely at the discretion of foreign government embassies and immigration authorities. BharathRise is an educational advisory firm and NOT a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultancy (RCIC) or foreign embassy extension. We do not provide immigration representation or guarantee visa grants.

4. User Obligations & Authenticity of Documents

Students agree to provide 100% authentic, accurate, and truthful academic transcripts, marksheets, passport details, financial proof, and test score reports. Submitting forged or altered documents is illegal under Indian law and leads to immediate termination of services, reporting to educational institutions, and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, service names, website design, text content, guides, tools, and graphics on BharathRise.com are the exclusive intellectual property of BHARATHRISE OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, BHARATHRISE OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP, its partners, employees, and advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from university rejections, visa refusals, processing delays, or third-party bank loan rejections. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BharathRise against any third-party claims resulting from user breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All actions, disputes, or legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
